Just like a prayer.

Madonna took a spiritual stroll in New York City Sunday, rocking a Kabbalah hat and her own merch more than a month after being hospitalized over a health scare.

The “4 Minutes” singer, 64, was seen wearing a “Spiritually Hungry” baseball cap ($36) from the Kaballah Centre, repping the mystical form of Judaism she’s been studying since the 1990s.

The Queen of Pop paired the religious topper with her own merchandise, rocking her Madame X Spectral Shorts ($44) over Incrediwear knee sleeves on both legs, which are used to accelerate recovery and relieve pain “for those suffering from acute or chronic joint injuries and conditions,” according to the brand’s website.

Madonna also wore a black long-sleeved shirt layered under a matching tee and accessorized with fingerless leather gloves, red-and-white Nikes, sporty sunglasses and a black bandana around her neck.

Madge’s long blond tresses were woven into braided pigtails and she appeared to be in good spirits as she strolled down the city sidewalk.

Madonna’s metropolitan march marks her first public appearance since she announced that her “Celebration” tour will be rescheduled after initially postponing the shows over health concerns.

Page Six exclusively reported in June that Madonna had been rushed to the hospital and intubated in the ICU after being found unresponsive.

At the time, the “Vogue” artist’s longtime manager, Guy Oseary, shared on Instagram that Madonna had “developed a serious bacterial infection which led to a several day stay in the ICU.” He also added that she was expected to make a full recovery.

A month after suffering the health scare, she thanked her six children — Lourdes, 26, Rocco, 22, David, 17, Mercy, 17, and twins Stella and Estere, 10 — for sticking by her side in an emotional tribute message.

“Love from family and friends is the best Medicine,” she wrote on Instagram. “As a Mother you can really get caught up In the needs Of your children and the seemingly endless giving……….. But when the chips were down my children really showed up for me.

“I saw a side to them I had never seen before. It made all the difference.”

An insider told us that Madonna had been “strenuously rehearsing” for weeks for her upcoming tour prior to her health scare.

“She had been putting in 12-hour days,” a source close to production told us.

Madonna postponed her highly anticipated world tour due to her illness. In January, she announced that she would tour 35 cities this year in honor of the 40th anniversary of her music career.

The North America leg of her tour was due to kick off on July 15 in Vancouver, Canada, and she would also hit New York City, Miami and Los Angeles (among other locations) before heading to Europe on Oct. 14 and wrapping in December. Demand was so high that she even had to add stops.

But the “Celebration” tour was rocked when Madonna’s health issues arose.

Fortunately, the superstar appears to be on the mend, and surprised fans when she announced her plans to reschedule the postponed tour dates.

“Thank you again for your incredible support and patience over these past few weeks!” she tweeted last Friday. “I’m happy to report that the re-routed tour schedule will be coming in the next few days!

“See you soon for a well deserved Celebration!! 🎉🌈💘.”

Madonna seems to be making progress in her recovery and attended Beyonce’s “Renaissance” tour stop in New Jersey with her daughters Stella, Estere and Mercy last week.
