Is there anything more Leonardo DiCaprio than being spotted boarding a yacht in vegan sneakers? I'm telling you, if there are two things the actor loves, it's boats (well, small ones—RIP Jack Dawson) and a damn good eco-friendly product.

While spending a summer Friday in Ibiza last week, DiCaprio sported a pair of sleek, clean black and white sneakers. They're the Løci Balance shoes, a Portuguese-crafted style that are recyclable, 100 percent vegan, and clearly, cool enough to be the yacht shoe of choice for A-listers beaching in Spain.

Really, though, these sneakers are versatile as hell. While DiCaprio pairs 'em with a classic Leo look—baseball cap covering the face, simple shirt-and-shorts combo—the Balance is an elegant style that can be dressed up or down. If you like to wear sneakers with suits, this shoe can pull that look off, no fuss. If you just want a casual style you can wear to run errands, the classy contrast look will make your joggers look fresher than ever.

On the outside, the Løcis have all the simple, contemporary looks of a city shoe. The monochrome logo, the sleek profile, the black heel. But with a closer look, these are clearly a shoe made with the planet's wellbeing in mind first and foremost. They're constructed from a blend of recycled textiles and—get this—non-food grade corn waste, with bamboo lining, cork insoles, and a biodegradable upper.
